They sent a checklist of stuff that are missing but they want I864A but noone else in the household works or have worked what should I do?

Which visa did you apply for?

You need to fill out the timeline so others can understand what's going on.

It sounds like you included your household members as part of your I-864 or your dad's I-864. They don't need the I-864A's if they don't have income/assets to use. Could you elaborate a little bit more as to how you filled out your forms and who you included?

Ohhhh well where it says sponsers household size we included whoevers in the house we went by the instructions online

That may be the issue. The sponsor should only include the people that are required, which are the spouse, children under 21, any other dependent claimed in the tax return, anyone previously sponsored for LPR, and the intending immigrant. Who else was included as part of the household size, other than these people?

Your father is the only one that works and has an income? Did you and your father both fill out your own I-864 forms? Is he married and files jointly? They may want an I-864A from his spouse, if that is the case. It is hard to tell what they want because you have not really provided all the details of what you already sent, and how what you sent was filled out.

Also, everyone you live with is not necessarily in your household count.

How to count household size >

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ

Yes he files jointly maybe thats why they needed it but my mom doesnt work

I think I see the problem. If you are a dependent of your father, I don't think you can file an I-864A in addition to your own I-864. I think what they may be requiring is that you fill out an I-864 and have your father fill out an I-864A.

I'm not sure if that's what they want, it may be better to file it that way to avoid confusion. Also if your mom doesn't work and your dad is the only one with income, he has to send proof that the income is his only. So he would need a W2 and current proof of employment to prove his income.
