Hi Everybody

We just got home from our aos interview in LA....this is what happen:

Got there about 9:45, we had our appoinment at 10:30.......gave our letter at the window and sat in the waiting room...after everybody that got there after us got called, we had our very nice lady afficer ( Mrs Goldie) called us in about 11:00.....she took us to her office, swear us in and took our id's......

While looking at our file she asked some questions:

1- How did you meet???

2- How long ago???

then she checked our address and asked me all those HAVE YOU EVER questions....to which i answered Yes to arrest....i had a DUI almost 7 years ago....i gave her the court papers and she was happy....

That was it.....we almost forced her to see or wedding pictures....and i asked her if she needed any papers, such as bank statements, rental, etc, etc...., and she said NO, she was happy..

Asked for my passport, took my I -94, cut my EAD in 2 pieces and hand me a letter with approval, shook my hand and said CONGRATULATIONS ! ! ! ! i was APPROVED ! ! ! ! ! ! 10 minuts tops ! ! ! !

my best advice is: Who knows ! ! ! ! ! !??? those people are crazy, its all about luck, if you have a easy case, or even a not too complicated, is legal here, never had any immigration problems..Dont worry ! ! ! !...you might get a pain in the ### officer or a sweet lady that is going to ask you 2 questions and thats that.....there were some people crying or living the room totally frustraded...

Good luck, i hope this input helps..

See you all in 2 years ! ! ! ! ! 1
