My Grandfather was a Mountie, not many people know that.

But things have change big time since them and I have no doubt of the current direction.

Pretty certain nothing significant will change for the good, if there was a will would it?, still not sure.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

lots of people suggest getting each and every cop their own camera, it would protect citizen and cop alike.

but i guess cameras are too expensive and military leftovers are way cheaper.

I thought all police cars had them?

so this is the black victim thread? i think at minimum we should limit this thread to black victims of police shootings, no?

This is where we diverge. We have got to get to the point in this country, where it is a unjustfied police shooting period. White people need to be upset about this and black people need to show the same outrage at the homeless man shot in the back.

Making this about race accomplishes nothing.

Actually, it was no justice, no peace.

Following the slaying of Brown, various media outlets falsely reported that protesters were chanting, “Kill the police”, but if you followed the social media accounts of those at the protest, they verified that the protesters weren’t shouting, “Kill the police,” but, “No justice, no peace.”

Marvin,

Isn't that a white person in the corner of your photo to the right?

Just as outraged as I was about the two police officer couples that shot their daughter's boyfriend in cold, blooded murder while they were walking down the street that no one barely commented on?

They actually kicked their daughter out of the house and then turned around and shot the guy who had been taking care of her.

Where was your outrage on this? It was a white police office couple who shot a white kid?

You were silent my friend. That is where you were.

I am always outraged when life is not valued by individuals who think they have the power to decide who can live and who can die. This kid did not deserve this at all!!

Today they are reporting that the shots were fired 35 ft away or about 11 meters. That doesn't sound like self defense to me....

You don't shot someone 10 times in self defense. The cops murdered this young man. I just regret it is being made about race. I pray Obama will keep his mouth shut this time, until justice has run it's course.
