Hi All,

I am just doing the final edits for my AOS from J1 paperwork. I am filing I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 concurrently. A couple of questions from all you wise people!:

1. When submitting copies of my (non-USC) passport, for which documents do I need to submit all pages of my passport? Which do I need only to submit the biographical page(s) with my most recent visa stamp?

2. Is it only in the I-130 and I-864 that my husband (USC) needs to submit copies of his passport/birth certificate (we are using passport and not birth certificate)? In these cases, is it only the I-130 that all pages of his passport need to be submitted?

I am seeing conflicting information on peoples' coversheets on here, so I would love some advice. Thanks so much!

Honestly, RE: Passport, I just made like 5 copies of my entire passport and gave the whole thing whenever it was asked for, regardless of if they only wanted bio-pages or not, better safe than sorry. They're not going to penalize you for giving too much... I think.
