Did you find scanned copies of the docs?

No but we know somebody in Jordan who can have the police report with in one or two days.

And we can have a certified copy of birth and marriage certificates with in less an hour.

So may be tomorrow everything will be ready again. Hopefully!!

Ah okay. Well if you can get it in quickly that would be good, just know your CC may be a little delayed because of all this. I'm glad you called.

no......

no....

:(

Oh dear.

With EP you still have to email the IV documents then bring the originals to interview.

You need to call the NVC on Monday, talk to a supervisor and try to fix this as Jordan is mandatory for EP.

Dear NLR

I need your help. If u remember me when I sent my documents by mail while my case is EP. And u advised me to send them email and I did. They recived my email on August 12. However last week I got my original doc back by mail.

I called this morning NVC and the rep. Said that I have to send them again by email even if she confirmed that they recived my email on 12th.

I got confused and lost. I asked her to speak with her supervisor but no one was available. I requested to call the supervisor when someone else is available. They're going to call me back.

Now what should I do? I don't want to wait another 60 days. ???

Im afraid you may not have a choice. If a supervisor doesn't contact you today, then call again tomorrow. Hopefully they can work it out for you.

I don't think your senator can help you right now. Send it again, make sure you have any translations as needed and make sure it's very legible (do front and back if need be.) Review shouldn't take 60 days, but I don't know for sure.

Oh I'm glad we figured out what the issue was! YAY!

Hi NLR, I need your help again, On October 3 I got a checklist for marriage certificate. And I sent email in same day. I called tonight nvc, they said on November 1 there is a new certificate requirement "Certificate of Non-Conviction". However On November 10 I called nvc and asked about it. They told me it's not required for me because I sent me document before nov1.

Now I have a checklist, when I asked to speak to superviser she hanged up.

What can I do?? I don't want to wait another 60 days. I'm lost

Moreover, I have a later from my state senator confirmed that the only thing missing was the marriage certeficate. but it was dated on October 29. So your advice please please please

Btw

They haven't reviewed my marriage certificate witch I sent on October 3. So I didn't get a checklist by email. But she said two things are missing (marriage certificate "sent" & Certificate of Non-Conviction required after November 1" not send)
