for those who applied with their step daughters or son

can you help me what else requirements are needed

an i-130

oh and a G-325A Biographic Information (does my 7 year old step daughter need this?)

her birth certificate is under her mom's name what else would they be needing? she never met her biological father tho. i just wanna be ahead on what they would be asking. what is the process for this? do i petition for her or it needs to be her mom? thanks for all your help!

Just wanna share our plan we plan to go be situated first when we get approved. so we plan to get my step daughter after a year.

You are the one petitioning for both.

You will need 2 complete petition packets. There is a post almost a year ago on the entire process and what was asked of them. I'll see if I can find it and post a link. You will find most everything you need there.

Yeah. IMHO. One major heap of paperwork at a time. And intercountry adoptions are a huge pile of headaches. Or so I've heard.
