Hello i am worried to use my AP going back to philippines i heard a lot of people getting denied to re entry the US with AP.

My I94 expired last December 8, 2013 and We filed AOS March 29,2014 so does "overstay" stops the time you filed your AOS? I cross the border to Mexico Last week and i got hold for an Hour and took me to "secondary room" and she give me a white paper stated "PAROLED" valid for a year and they let me go no problem. I cross the country by walking and does travelling by airplane has any difference?

Do i get any problems using my AP when i travel to Philippines while GC is pending?

As far as i understand as long as you filed AOS within 180 days you are rarely to get a problems at CBP?

I'm Sorry if my question are confusing. :) Any advice is really appreciated

Using AP will almost always involve going to secondary inspection so allow extra time for connecting flights. You will get another "PAROLED" paper upon your return. You used in once and had little problems so why are you worried about using it again? The only difference in travelling by airplane is if you have a connecting flight you might miss it.

Have a good trip,

Dave
