NOA 1 July 30th when should I get my visa?

I just Recieved my NOA 1 on July 30th 2014, my petition was sent to TSC.

Would it be realistic to think my POE could be April 2015?

April should be fine, if there are no RFE's and you have everything ready to go. Good luck!

If you got your NOA2 within the 5-6 month timeframe (Dec/Jan) you might be able to get the interview around Feb/March (as long as TSC sends asap to NVC, and NVC doesn't delay)

While it is reasonable to expect to have visa in hand by April 2015, it's not something I would wager any large amount of money on (which you would be doing if you're thinking about planning a wedding or booking flights ahead of time).
