checklisted twice for the same!!!

I had received a checklist from NVC on August 6 asking for our reponse to the checklist letter for AOS, which I had already submitted to NVC and

acknowledged as received by NVC, as well as for some civil documents.

I called NVC and after telling her that the civil documents I had sent were exactly the ones I sent after talking to an NVC rep few months back, the NVC rep told me that she will refer this to a supervisor and to disregard the checklist for the documents as well as the one for the AOS as the AOS checklist package has been received but not yet reviewed.

Today, August 7, I have received exactly the same checklist email again from NVC and I am confused.

How do I respond to this? Do I follow what the NVC rep told me yesterday and disregard this email?

As it is a weekend I have to wait till Monday to call NVC again to clear this.

Has anyone gone through something like this?

Looks like the standard checklist you got and you responded to it. Just call back monday and get it all cleared up ask for supervisor.
