all. quuestion, to file the 129F, do you have to have been dating for two years or more OR do you and your future spouse have to have met at least a certain amount of times? I think I am confused at that question.

They require that the last time you met in real life was 2 years ago or less.

In other words, it has been less than 2 years since you last saw your fiance in the real life.

we have seen each other several times along with him meeting my parents and family members and I some of his.

another question everyone. I live in North Carolina. will the RFE come from California or Texas and, how long will it take roughly to get the letter? 7-10 business days maybe? What have been experiences?

I didn't get an rfe, but I got my hard copy noa2, 5 days after approval & I live in Pennsylvania. Also, I sent a color photo copy of my birth certificate & Matt & I have only been together less than a year. Your fiancé is from the uk, which is not a high fraud country, so if your relationship is short, it won't matter as much as it would in other countries. Good luck with your rfe.

As far as anyone's petitions being sent to the nvc, I hope they're not waiting to send the whole transfer in one group...has anyone been sent to nvc yet that's been transferred? Now I'm getting worried...

I am the petitioner.

Doesn't seem like it. I decided to just call nvc tomorrow at 7 am to inquire. Someone on another thread recommended calling them early in the day to avoid a busy signal and being on hold.

Yes, exactly. I called between 7:15am and 7:20am yesterday and got through. Days prior I kept getting the busy signal when I called during the day.

We finally got approved today!! So so happy. For those who are still waiting, hope that your turn will come very soon!

Congratulations!! :)
