I just check on uscis and it says that we were transfer on august 8 my noa1 is from May 19 and i could never seen my case status until today

For those who got transfered, did you get an e-mail update or did you check it at USCIS website? We're they updated at the same time?

I very rarely check USCIS now. After the first month of sending off your petition and checking USCIS daily, it just gets disappointing and puts too much pressure on the wait, in my opinion. I got a text message at 12:34am on August 9th and my email at 2am. Then I went to the USCIS and checked the status to make sure I wasn't hallucinating since I saw these at about 3am lol Case status says we were transferred on August 8th.

I agree that it may mean something else after several months. They are cracking the proverbial whip at TSC it seems. In addition to transfers, they have probably been told to get their "stuff" together and get busy on the administrative housekeeping on all the files.

If you filed in Jan, Feb or March and are just now receiving ARN notification, I suspect they are working on your files and had to get that oversight taken care of first. For someone that filed in June, I am afraid it is just admin cleanup of previous sloppy work and no sign of upcoming approval. That would be nice for a June filer..but I would be a bit upset if that were the case....for rather obvious reasons

Just checked and we got a transfer too! Our NOA1 is May 27 and our transfer date is August 11!

Not really. My NOA1 is May 21st, and I didn't get any text/email, and my status hasn't changed on USCIS website. As usual with TSC, there is no rhyme, nor reason.

If the CSC is still processing things chronologically then the ones that were transferred should be worked on pretty immediately, I would think. Seems unfair to those at TSC who filed earlier, and I'm saying that as someone with an April 30 NOA1 date who was transferred. But maybe this will just even everything out and keep everyone approved by the 5 month mark?

I'm just hoping it won't mean 5 months from this new transfer date. Anyone have previous experience being transferred?

My NOA1 is the exact same date. No news of a transfer though... Maybe I'm one of the "lucky" ones who will be stuck with TSC.

If these transfers keep them on schedule, it seems feasible for them to hit March by the 5/5.5 month mark. Fingers crossed for you!!

I really hope everyone gets approvals in order. I wouldn't want to get approved before Feb/March filers and I wouldn't want May/June filers get approved before me. But USCIS usually suck at being fair to everyone, so I'd say why not? They might approve CSC transfers faster than us that are still waiting at TSC. Even if I get transfered, I'd rather wait for my turn. We're all in the same situation and miss our loved ones terribly.
