if you got an RFE that's good. that's mean someone working on your case. will take more time like 15 days but still good sign. we got an RFE too on august 22, and we gave them back what they need On September 4, then we got approved on September 17, after 13 days. about RFE don't worry will be small things for sure like ours my fiancee just forgot to answer for one question. its normal, there are nothing to worry about. i hope that will help. good luck guys. (sorry my english in not perfect).

We are not a transfer but my fiancé received our RFE in the mail today they say he forgot to send his birth certificate funny thing we skyped they day he put our package together to post his birth certificate was in the envelope, I'm guessing it has been misplaced during adjudicating. Ours will be replied to by the end of next week

I kindof feel if we keep calling USCIS they will put our papers at the bottom. Since the month is not over there very well be approvals for us next week. My timeline does say between sept 11-29th so... Here's to hoping an approval this month. When I spoke to one officer he said everything looked good and to expect an answer between 30/45 days and he told me that August 12. Earlier this week I spoke to a lady and she said call back in 70 days..... I don't know who to believe.

I rememberred one VJ member said that : they called and tier 1 said that within 45 days will have result after transferring. But next Sep/25 is our last of 45 days.

If it is correct, we will get approval in early of next week.

All things are very complex now.
