No news is bad news. Everything else is good. From what I've read in this thread, when you call, they tell you to call back anywhere from 45-180 days & then people post that they got NOA2 within the next few days. I cannot even count the # of times I've read that in this thread, & yes, I've read every single post. I think calling is only good, especially if you can express to them in a non-nagging way, but just sad sounding about how hard this is making your life & your heart hearts & all that stuff.

Edit: PS: Congrats to everyone recently approved! Good luck to anyone still waiting. I know it's coming soon.

great news here. We finally finally finally got approved. i'm sooooo happy. my fiancee just called me to tell me that. i wish i could be there to give her biiiiiig hug. congratulations to all new approval and best of luck for everyone still waiting. hang on yourr's come soon.

04/24/2014- Arrived at Dallas lockbox

04/29/2014- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1: routed to Texas Service Center

05/01/2014- Received NOA1 hardcopy, Alien Registration # changed

08/08/2014- Text & email saying we were transferred to another center (from TSC to CSC)

09/22/2014- Received electronic NOA2 dated 9/19/2014

12/16/2014- Medical Exam

12/17/2014- Interview: APPROVED

01/17/2015- POE-Houston

03/07/2015- Got married!

03/26/2015- Mailed off Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document & Advanced Parole

04/06/2015- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1 for all three

04/13/2015- Received NOA1 hardcopies for all three dated 4/3/2015
04/18/2015- Received NOA for biometrics appointment dated 4/10/2015

No news as well :(

Our NOA1 was on 7th April and I'm just checking the status everyday and hoping :(. Last update was on 11 Aug and that our case was transferred to the local office for processing.

So I think that the transfer notice last week was because of my RFE. It was in CA, but after the notice they said "Mesquite" and then the officer told me to expect the RFE when I called yesterday. I was 4/17 NOA1. He said once adjudicated as "RFEs" files must sit on a supervisor's desk before notices are sent and that takes more time.

Hi All,

First of all Congratulations to all who have been approved!!

Um so new to this forum (and site) but seems this is the only thread where I can share my pain. My K1 petition was transferred on 11th Aug and still no update on the approval. Um an early may filler. I checked for other applicants around mine who were transferred on the same date and they all seem to have been approved by yesterday (17th Sep). This is just sinking my heart so bad :( I hope this wistful waiting ends soon.
