I'm still waiting too (NOA1: 4/17). Not fun:(. My fiancé and I are distraught. I'm trying to be happy for others and be patient. It's hard though. My father and brother are military. I wonder if it has to do with security clearances or because I'm divorced. My ex was french...but he had a green card when I met him. Hopefully I'll hear good news this week. Today?

APPROVED! NOA1 date May 6th. Transferred from Texas Service Center (TSC) to California Service Center (CSC) August 8th. NOA2 date September 16th. Country: Ecuador.

Since most of the transfers are following this thread more so than the service center and month filer threads, and there is a large number fo approvals all coming at one time, can I ask one of the senior members to post here on what the next steps are after NOA2?

What do we need to do and when? What should we expect?

WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!! He saw the update when he woke this morning and messaged me to tell me. I had to work overnight but after he sent me a screenshot of the USCIS page, I checked the text message and email I received. We were May filers.

I just want to cry. There can't be that many of us left. Anyone have an idea of who's still waiting? I just don't get why. Our case hasn't been touched since the fake transfer notice.

So, I just got off the phone with an officer and she said that California is currently processing February applications... Where sis she get that info from??!! She said although we are at five months we are still normal processing time and we don't hear anything within 72 days to call back! LOL! Smh!

Same thing she told me yesterday but I had to wait 180 days before I call back ..... I was like what !!!!! In shock

Ridiculous... Hopefully the officers we spoke with were just having a bad day and annoyed rather than telling the truth! My thing is , they aren't officers actually sitting in the California office correct? She had to look online through the database and told me case is still pending. Therefore, she would not even know what truly is going on at csc correct?
