Hi everyone! I just received my approval @ 9:46pm. I want to add that I too called and checked status this morning. I am under my 5 months, but just by a couple of weeks. I will update my timeline. I am so so so happy. I wish everyone the best of luck...I am nervous about the next step but can't wait until it is all over

WE ARE APPROVED Got NOA2 email & text notification!!!!!!!! I called this morning and the guy gave me the same info that I already knew. He said TSC was working on Feb's cases and mine was within normal timeframe. I asked if there was anything I could do he said just wait just a little bit longer. Sadly I hung up and was a little depressed all day. After doing laundry tonight I receive a text saying our case has been updated. So I rush to log in to find out we have been Approved..I can't believe its finally here. I pray that the rest of the transferee's and folks that have been waiting forever receive theres soon. And If you havent called about your cases in a week or two it definetly would not hurt to call again!

Thanks so much! I started at a new store yesterday (I'm a manager in a grocery store), last week my brother told me he has vacant rooms in his house that he'll rent out to us in December for cheap & noa2 yesterday. Lots of things happening very quickly. Things seem to be falling into place! I'll be patient about it getting to the nvc cuz Matt still has to get his passport-which should happen in about 2 weeks, likely around when I'll get his #. Does he need his passport number to schedule the medical? Anyone know?

I don't think you should worry - most of the people, I don't think all, but most I have seen reporting this happened to them were approved shortly afterwards. Does anyone disagree?

Thank so much for let me know..i appreciate it....maybe this happen because i got approved visa F1 on 9/11/14 like daughter over 21 years old of citizen Usa but my fiance called to immigration and they told us that the petition that my mother did for me is other case and the petition that my fiance did for me is other case.He called and and i called also my mother called so .....i hope get the NOA 2 soon...

Congratulations to all the recently approved petitions!

After our case has been transferred to CSC last month, we also finally got approved on September 8th! :)

But now I have a question:

How long does it take for our approved petitions to arrive at the NVC? Will there be another status update on the USCIS website?

Because I read somewhere that they don't always update it to "Petition shipped to NVC" or so. Is that true?

Just so I don't have to start worrying if there won't be another status update. ;)

Congratulations! From what I've read it appears to be taking anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month. I plan to contact the NVC after the 2 week mark.

I'm so confused I got this update ,

And I called customer service they have no information except it's pending does that mean they haven't even touch my case since transferred and I want to know which center was it sent too I was wishing to hear from them soon... ?
