I called today an was told that we should hear something within 45 days. at first he was like the 29th then he said we should by adjudicated with an answer in 45 days. i dont know im still confused.

I am really happy to be approved but I'm also really annoyed to have been forced to feel such anxiety over this for the last 5 plus months. Glitches in their system, incompetence, being left in the dark, no one there able to give proper updates... it's really a disgrace!

I feel for everyone still waiting and know that it is truly coming any day now!! Best of luck to you all!

I have not seen anyone with noa1 dates approved yet... Seems to be working backwards from bottom to top. I remember the officer said they received my petition on the 15th but on the paper it said 17th so who knows lol

My noa1 was April 4th. The SRC numbers around me haven't been approved yet, and one got a rfe. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I would just tell those who haven't passed the 5 month mark yet: just be patient, it was supposed to be this long. Just imagine if we hadn't been transferred to CSC! I feel bad for the march filers. They truly got screwed. Many of them are still waiting.

I know. I'm just hoping we get approved soon so we can get married by April. I assume if we get approved by end of this month since it is getting closer to the holidays his interview probably won't be until December or January and hopefully he can have everything in hand by march. That would be wonderful!!

I thought for sure this week. I even called and thought that might help. Ugh. (NOA1 4/17). So how are you guys handling wedding plans? I thought he would come from UK to be here in November and a December wedding, but now I don't know. Are you getting married at the start or end of 90 days?

Glad to know someone else has the same noa1 as us. We are making plans as normal . We purposely put it one year out as we know immigration is slow. We will get married end of April.
