...I'm still waiting. And every day is getting more difficult. I hear my phone & hope...& sheer disappointment every time. After that text Tuesday night, I feel they owe me. That was cruel. So very very cruel. I just want to be with my love, & it feels like it'll never happen. If it's not soon, there's no way he'll be with me for Christmas.

I am the petitioner.

I agree and feel the same way. Still waiting. The glitchy email and text was cruel but when it comes to this whole process I've just learned to expect it. Wish there was more we could do.

I think I am lucky cause the transfer cause soon I will get the NOA2 or the RFE. Both ways will be good news to me anyway. Im counting my blessings still.

I keep in mind that ATM Texas Service Center its kinda stuck, and Ene-May filers that are there got a worst situation than me. So, the best that I can do is be patient and not even think in slash myself about the waiting.

I keep strong cause this waiting will end soon.

Best regards.

I agree - it is so hard to wait. I'm nervous too and hoping for having him here by Xmas. I called and spoke two two tiers but they said there are glitches and that is the cause for the other transfer notice. They said they are switching systems. She also said that a case can be transferred "many" times depending on officers' work loads and that I might get an "a #" change notice (even though we don't have one) because of a glitch this week. Not too helpful, all in all, but I'm still waiting

I got an email a little more than half an hour ago saying my application was approved!!

The funny thing is I called USCIS yesterday inquiring on my application. I didn't expect to get much out of the call, but just decided to do so as a result of free time and due to all the computer glitches going on. I spoke with a very nice women, not sure what level of the chain she was. She asked me if I had called about the case before and I said before the transfer. I asked her if she could tell me what timeframe I should expect for the case, and she told me that if I don't hear back by the 5 month mark to call them back. I don't know if the call had anything to do with my approval, but just thought I would mention it. It seems like several others have called and within days their applications have been approved....

Honestly, I didn't expect an approval for at least another several weeks. I got nervous seeing the email, especially with the computer glitches over the last couple of days. Before today I've been monitoring the cases before and after mine and I just checked them now and they're still under Initial Review. So I don't think it's an accident. I truly thank God. I'll continue to watch in anticipation as others also receive their approvals. :)

I never called.

I called and told them I didn't never get my hard copy and I wanted to know where the case was transferred at. Told me to hold and transferred me to another person. I asked the officer and he said CSC. I said ok. Told him the wait was killing me and I asked him, "you can't see what is going on with my case right now". He said you should here something very soon, didn't have no idea it would be the very next day!!!!

I;m sure that USCIS can see what is going on with you case and what stage you are in as far as processing. Try calling asking the same exact questions that I presented above. Might get someone on your side than can be really helpful to you. You never know!! :secret:
