did some math, and maybe one of the posters was right in that there are only about 10 adjudicators at CSC working on K1s. in june they approved 2048 K1 applications, which is about 95 per day. let's say it takes an average of 30 minutes to completely process a K1 (one guy said 15, but let's add in leisure time), so that's 2,850 minutes. divide that by (60*7 hours) = 420 minutes per day and that's around 7+ FTE adjudicators.

hey everyone!!

great news NAO2 september 10!!!

NAO 1 april 8

August 11 transferred to California (never received hardcopy)

Called few times USCIS (last month) they didnt know much more then I do..

untill i called with my boyfriend who is the petitioner (im on vacation now at his place how awesome!)

we called on 9t september (because then the 5 month where over)

first of all the lady on the phone didnt want to talk to the applicant and asked me to pass the petitioner!!

anyway..

so we asked to talk to a tier 2 , 30 min later they called back we explained that we are waiting 5 month already and blabla so tier 2 said he will contact california service centre and we will notify us why its taking so long in max 15 days ..

We waited 2 days and here we are 1 days later APPROVED ! :)))

NOA 1 May 8 TSC

Transfer 8-8

Got text and email no hardcopy in the mail

I'm so confused I decided to call today to find out about the hardcopy and where I was transferred to was able to talk to a tier 2 . He told me my file was transferred to Nebraska and then back to TSC and that my file was being worked on.

Does this make sense and has anyone else been told this??
