I think it's a problem in the USCIS's system because we were transferred and got this notification on August 11th (we had another email on august 8th and august 19th) as well, then got approved on Sept 5th and we just had this same notification of transfer again.

And apparently I am not the only person approved a few days ago who got this notification today.

Just check my case n egov.uscis.gov and my case was updated (touch) on Sept 9th. Hope it's a good new coming soon

It seems bunch of us got the same misleading message last night. I also got once again the message saying that my case has been transfer on August 11.. I logged in ad it says last updated 9/9

This is nerve-racking... I keeping my hopes u that we will get it this week. Unfortunately Im outside the U.S so I cant be calling USCIS, but

Im lucky that i get to wake up with my love everyday...

Lets keep updating any news

Yea it's was weird. Last time i check, it said my case was transferred Aug 19 (this is 3rd transfer I got). But today it goes back to Aug 11th and status update on 9/9

Anyone call uscis today about all the crazy messages from the system?

Just spoke with Tier 2 and he said it a glitch in the system... He will report to the IT folk.

I know but to finally not be thinking about it because it should be coming soon & them send out these notifications just screws it all up again. It's frustrating. Now I'm checking USCIS again thinking we should be approved any day now because of the touch. Which I doubt is the case :(

I just got an email

"Your Case Status: Request for Evidence


On September 10, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information"

What more evidence do they need??? I have beeen in Chile for like 18 months living here with my Fiancee... I just dont get it!! Now I have to wait for that damn letter...

Is it because we are a same sex couple???

This is so hard, I just want to go home to U.S but with her!!!
