If You Have Been Transferred...Please Post Here (K-1)

It says on the bottom (when logged in) that if you receive a message, see your "last date processed" date has changed but there is no status change, it means it's being processed (at least that's how I interpreted it) so...I'm hoping. Good lord I want to cry.

Yes hopefully this means they are working on our apps now, however we seem to be the only bunch who have posted about this recently so seems odd that this hasn't happened to any other recent "approvees" that we're aware of. But since it's standard fine print on their website it could mean they shuffled our files out of the box and onto someone's desk finally and decided to document it ... orrrr maybe it's one big glitch. i'd take any update from them as positive news, though.

I think I just had a heartattack. Though, I'm not sure why since NOA2 is what we've been waiting on. But I got the transfer text & email again, too. I haven't been on here in like a week & haven't checked the case status. So this seems really fkn cruel to me.

I think all of us will see some decisions or something this week or early next! I am getting excited guys! my priority date is next Wednesday, 5 months baby!!!!! LOL. Also, question, I moved Late July and immediately updated my address with USCIS online. Do you think that they can screw up and send my important paper work to old address despite updating records? LOL I wonder truly why I never received my transfer notice. Do you think they will just look at your initial application the addy on that and mail you your answer or be bright and see if there any changes of address or anything? *worried*

Call them again and make sure they deleted your old address in the system and only have your new one in. After that I wouldn't worry about it!

I do remember when I spoke to the tier 2 officer he said half of my files had been transferred and the other half were in transit...maybe that third confirmation simply means the other half of our files that were transferred from TSC FINALLY made it only a month later!

You could definitely be on to something there! When did you speak to the officer about that? That's so messed up that they wouldn't send everything together wth?

jmango, I called late on 8/12 about 30 minutes prior to closing and the officer was looking at my case and said half of my file was already at CSC and the other was in transit so...either this means the third notification the other half has arrived and they can begin "processing" or finishing the case or, we have already been approved and the status will change tomorrow or something....?!

ah ok I see! yeh that probably made sense because then we got the third notification on the 19th (most of us anyway) so it's very possible the file came in two parts for whatever dumb incompetent reasons they have .. so this is (or should be) a repeat of that third notification anyway for whatever reason ... hopefully it isn't a glitch or repeat though and i'm with you i'm hoping we'll wake up to approvals however i'm not that confident but trying to be!! (but def. not confident and hope to be proved wrong .. sorry for the downer haha)

No, nothing until this for tonight. About 3 weeks ago while my fiance was here visiting i got a fake weird alert saying i had post decision activity saying my file was returned but a week later or less it was changed back to initial review and now we are approved.

My fiance called USCIS, that guy said he didnt even know where exactly our application was. And 1 hour later the status was changed "On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

I said UGH!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on???
