Wendy,

Thanks, at least someone read my post and remembered it.,.,.,.,GLAD.,.it helped your hope, hope is coming, not sure when but quicker for sure.

Julie+Matt, Cannot reveal my source, might need to know something else important in the future.

Andie, Have no idea what you are saying.,.,.,.,"I SAID IT".,.,.,., 2 weeks ago! Duh!

Ayla_42, I predicted two weeks ago through my USCIS source that "what is happening, would happen"..,.,.,.,a speed up in TSC filers.

Moderators: I big thanks to you for your acknowledgements of a "two week ago prediction" of what was going to happen at TSC. NOT!! Not one moderator said a word! They are way too busy "s__________g" people, for most of the time "nothing!"

CAUTION: I am not sure how long this will last at TSC, as soon as they are caught up, might go back to the same BS.,.,.,I do not know, it would be the same people working, and an ever increasing work load, we will see! If I find out, will let you know.

I think we should just wait and see what happens, we dont even know WHERE we have been transferred and what does it mean.

With or without a source in the USCIS, everyone is well aware that the backlog will be fixed at one point and previous history shows that it will eventually happen again.

In a few days, we will find out where we've been sent and in a couple of weeks probably we will see some movement and maybe see people getting approved.

Good luck, everyone.

Oh gee did I ever deny that... I thought I did make reference to it in at least one of my posts... though I never did read the actual post... does it really matter. The point is that some people will not be waiting as long as expected. I don't know the details and don't pretend to.. If it was in your original post then maybe you should restore it.. just so every one is clear and doesn't offend you.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I really hope CSC won't process May, June, July filers that are transferred from TSC faster than the ones that are still waiting at TSC. That would be so unfair to all of us Jan, Feb, April filers.

I look at it this way: either TSC transfers Jan-March to CSC (or VSC, it could happen) and works on April-July, or they transfer the recent ones and work on the older ones. Either way, it works out.

Yeah, thats a good point of view... much better than wishing other people a longer time of waiting, just cause the system is (imma censor myself)-ed up. The most revolting thing is that we have to go through all this process just to get a chance to be with the one we love.... two people, in love, who just wanna be together, get married and have babies .... We should just be able to do it, we shouldn't wait, we shouldn't pay fees.

But we aren't living in a free world. and the system could not have more flaws. I don't care who gets accepted first, I just want to have my chance to happiness together with the one in love. I really hope this process will get more fair, because we are all TSC fillers and we have all been through the same amount of stress.

I just wish all of you the chance to you happiness.

TSC May 1st 2014 transferred to CSC Aug 8th

Are you sure you were transferred to CSC? Was that stated in your notice? I ask because everyone else had a general transfer notice without stating where it was going.

If they handle the transfers the way they are supposed to and process them in order received at TSC (April first) and place them ahead of the June (CSC) filers, as they should, then approvals will probably start rolling in around 4 weeks or so. That means ~4 month approvals rather than 6 or 7 which was originally anticipated. Good news all around.....we hope.

I don't think it transfers will create a huge difference in TSC for Jan, Feb, April (those who weren't transferred) filers. They usually really need 3 to 4 weeks or maybe less (as we saw approvals that were given in 10 days from CSC before) to work on a case. TSC probably never started working on April, May, June, July filers yet. In my opinion, they just transferred the cases they have never started working on. So TSC won't get faster than it is now, I mean right now it's already fast compared to CSC but it won't necesarily give those at TSC fast approvals. But that's just my opinion :)
