Hi. I have a question ..

Edward lost his job and I am concerned because we have not received the NOA2.

He tells me that we will not have problems because already exceeded the poverty line. Until July 43.000US had won.

Do you think we have problems? :help::help:

Thanks in advance for your answers.:jest:

Excuse me if there is something inconsistent in the writing, I am using a translator because I started to study English recently :thumbs:

Great news... Just got our email with our Approval right now!!!! :dancing:

NOA1: 02-Apr-2014

Transferred to CSC: 11-Aug-2014

NOA2: 29-Aug-2014

Congrats to all the recent approvals!!!! And to all the ones that haven't been approved, don't worry, your time is coming. We nearly got to 5 months, but I'm sure they are starting to pick it up at CSC with all the transfers, and TSC is really knocking them out super quick.

Best of luck to all and God bless!

Congrats!! :dancing:

I don't know about the K-1 process, I think the employment will be embassy specific, but for the AOS once you marry in the US it will be a problem because you must be currently employed to sponsor someone.

I got an email response yesterday to a question I had pending with the USCIS. They didn't answer my question, but did say I was transferred to CSC. They also said I should know the result of our NOA2 in the next 45 days.

Hi everyone...I was taking a look at the VJ current timeline and wondered if anyone can tell me has the dates pretty much been accurate as far as current petitions that are being processed. I'm trying so hard to stay patient and not become anxious but I'm so ready for this next step to be done and approved so we can keep moving forward. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Hope everyone is having a great day!
