I called and talked to a Tier 2 person today. I wanted to know where my petition was (I only got an e-mail that said it was at a service center, but not which one. I also never got a hard copy). I was told me it was transferred from Texas to California and to expect a result within 30 days. I was very happy to have some real information!

Also I received the final transfer e-mail on Aug. 18.

I hope this is the case for everyone! Just a little while longer. Hang in there!

que significa esto por favor: Sobre la base de datos en linea de tiempo, su I129f puede ser adjudicada entre 28 de octubre 2014 y 16 de noviembre 2014

Este tiempo es el q debo esperar para recibir el NOA2 o es un tiempo promedio en el q supuestamente debe terminar todo el proceso hasta tener la visa aprovada? :mellow:

That is your estimated date of approval of your if-129f petition, based on all timelines. .... estimated by visajourney not by USCIS .

We've just been transferred, so it doesn't really apply to us to us anymore. If the time from NOA1 and NOA2 would be more constant, the estimated date would be more accurate, but USCIS gets backlogged a lot.

File sent - May 1st
NOA1 - May 9th
Transferred - August 8th
NOA2 - September 11th

Esa es la fecha estimada de aprobación de su petición, si 129f, basado en todas las líneas de tiempo. .... Estimado por no visajourney por el USCIS.

Acabamos sido transferidos, por lo que no se aplica realmente a nosotros para más. Si el tiempo de NOA1 y NOA2 sería más constante, la fecha estimada sería más exacto, pero USCIS se atrasa mucho.

Aunque he visto aprobaciones NOA2 de personas con NOA1 de mi misma fecha y hasta despues de la mia :(

Me alegro mucho por ellos, pero ya deseo de todo corazon mi aprobacion tambien :cry:

We filed back in April, NOA1 has a date of Aprill 22...

I got transfer to California from Texas on August 11...

I see some May filers getting aroved and my case says that its on initial review... Is it maybe because we are a same-sex couple?? Anyone has an idea of how much longer to get approval? :cry::clock:-_-:(

It's random. I have a NOA date two weeks before you and haven't been approved. It still hasn't been 5 months. If you get approved before September 22nd, consider yourself a lucky one.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

It's still shorter than it'd be in Texas, most likely. I was transferred aug 11 & I'm an April filier. Your same sex engagement shouldn't affect anything at this point.
