Tranquila, no estaba dirigida hacia ti.

@Danny_y_michelle

I think he was reacting to the possibility that the earthquake may affect processing like you were asking. In other words, after the semi-long wait at TSC and then finally action in the form of a transfer, only to have it delayed by the earthquake would be unbelievable bad luck. At least that was my take. It was not directed at you.

I have no idea where the CSC office is so no clue if it is affected or not. Let's hope not.

I understand this, but still, if something happened, first thing would be to make sure people are okay, THEN the petitions.

That goes without saying but this thread has to do with petitions and the comments were directed as such. If someone wants to start a thread concerning the well being of the people in California, I am sure one can do so :). Of course we hope all are ok.

hi everyone

I am happy to see so many approvals

I just dont understand why May fillers receive an approval before April fillers? anyone knows??

I got my NAO 1 april 8 (and others too or even earlier) so i really dont understand how USCIS works..

Hi Sarahss,

I see you will be going to Brussels's Embassy, like me, unfortunatelly you haven't updated your Timeline, so idk through which center you went through.. but I'd guess TSC

It took us 5months+3days at TSC to get our NOA2. We got an expedite after asking the senator's office to look into it.

I know it's hard but hold on.

To answer your question : They seem to not start by the date they are received, they may do it through other criterias.

I hope you'll have your NOA2 soon.. try getting in contact with the senator or congressman of the petitioner

Tranquila, no estaba dirigida hacia ti.

Wow.... Good morning there.... I know we are all waiting but we dont have to become edgy..

First of all, I am Cristina and I am Romanian, I can understand Spanish but I can't speak it. ..that's why I chose to reply to your first post regarding the signature ticker in English.

Second of all, I dont think you should take personally, I dont know what the translation said, but my post wasnt offensive to you or anyone else. It also wasn't directed towards you .Your post was quoted because i was expressing my shock towards the possibility our case to be affected by it after all we have been through lately. I'm suggesting you to not take everything personally.

Third, this thread is about the transferred files, not the earth quack in California as Texasav8r said it better than me ...

On a brighter note, my fiance will be here tomorrow for 9 days, so I couldnt be happier.

Keep your spirits up. people ... our NOA2 will come eventually.

:)

You may be going through CSC, they are a little faster than TSC.

We found the senator's office info online and called them. They asked us to file a form allowing them to check our case and as soon as they has it, they did it. We're still in contact because they asked us to keep them updated.

I just sent the check list back, last week. I should get the next instructions next week or so.. (Pay $240 & schedule the interview). My medical appointment is next week... on september 2nd (I got told it wouldn't take long but I will have to come back a few days later for the results)
