I am happy for all the approved apps... however it does bother me that they aren't getting approved in order of submission date. But still good news

As to getting approved in order why would they do that... it's the government! After all, the April and May cases that were transferred are getting approved before February and March cases that stayed in TSC.

Well, the response we got to our expedite said we should have it in 10 days, that would be 19-s. However, instead of processing, 12 days was lost for the transfer itself (the expedite approval came first). With all due respect - I am living in the middle of the war zone with heavy artillery fire at living buildings every day. Today's known losses - 35 civilians so far. Each day survived counts here.

That certainly sounds bad & I definitely hope you get your approval ASAP & hopefully the rest of it after NOA2 is fast as well. I meant no offense in my post, so please don't take any.

I must say it is quite refreshing to see all the positive energy and excitement from TSC filers post transfer 8/8. The anger and frustration was getting to a boiling point before and now this...a pleasant turn of events.

I am happy for all the approvals regardless of when you filed. Either way it is called progress and that is what we all desperately needed.

Please keep the updates coming and the hope alive. Good luck to all.

Doesn't seem to have any relevance any more. Every file has it's own journey through the jungles of USCIS....We are just spectators, waiting for the best. The worst thing for me, personally. is the lack of communication between the institution and the petitioners. Not knowing where are you at... but I made my peace with it in a way because it's just not up to me..

But I'm so happy to see files getting approved, cause I know sooner or later, one blessed day, it will be me... I just really hope it's going to be sooner or at least 5 months as they initially promised.
