Now I have new news. I was one of the first to say that our case was transferred as of August 8 to the 'local' SC and within a week received the hard copy that we were transferred to CSC as of last week. I just received an email update a short time ago saying that our case is now under the initial review. Thinks this is moving swiftly!!

Now I have new news. I just received an email update a short time ago saying that our case is now under the initial review. Thinks this is moving swiftly!!

3/4 days later we got the hard copy- CSC

August 20th- transferred & now under initial review.

Having so much activity after nothing between May 16th & August 8th is lovely!

I just got the email update saying our case was now being processed also. However, I still haven't received my hard copy notice of the transfer in the mail.

Same here. I actually got 3 text messages and two emails last night,all saying the same thing. It was ridiculous.

I got two texts & two emails last night too lol Better too many messages than none at all! Finally got the last transfer notice. Looks like a group of us were sent together or to the same adjudicator or something. I still want the hard copy for peace of mind about getting NOA2 but at least our electronic notifications seem to be working. I suppose we'll find out one way or another if we're approved.

04/23/2014- Mailed I-129F petition

04/24/2014- Arrived at Dallas lockbox

04/29/2014- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1: routed to Texas Service Center

05/01/2014- Received NOA1 hardcopy, Alien Registration # changed

08/08/2014- Text & email saying we were transferred to another center (from TSC to CSC)

09/22/2014- Received electronic NOA2 dated 9/19/2014

12/16/2014- Medical Exam

12/17/2014- Interview: APPROVED

01/17/2015- POE-Houston

03/07/2015- Got married!

03/26/2015- Mailed off Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document & Advanced Parole

04/06/2015- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1 for all three

04/13/2015- Received NOA1 hardcopies for all three dated 4/3/2015
04/18/2015- Received NOA for biometrics appointment dated 4/10/2015

I just saw a TSC transferee to CSC get approved on Igors list. NOA date 5/1/14, transferred to CSC on 8/11/14, NOA 2 date 8/19/14... Sajeda and Ejaz...

This is very good news for long suffering TSC couples. It looks like CSC is wasting no time in getting to these transferred K1's. Keep the updates coming...

After our case was transferred to CSC, we also get the below message yesterday:

"The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. "

It seems that the process is getting faster.
