It's interesting to follow the things happening at the different service centers. Three of the May filers at TSC myself included, who were not transferred to California, received our ARN numbers today, much later than everyone else. I suppose the three of us were all on the same desk at TSC, which goes to show that the theories about different staff working on applications using their own methodology is probably accurate.

Good luck everyone!

I think you're probably right, and I also think that the ARN is the least reliable indicator of when your application will be processed. Most users report having theirs changed a few days after their NOA1, while for some others, it takes months, like in your case. The NOA1 date is much more reliable, although there are obviously lots of other factors that come into play among cases even at the same service center.

same here, NOA1 4/16/2014 at TSC, jealously watching VSC & CSC filers got approved so soon. Moved to California 7/4/2014 (me, not my case), received notification that my case is transferred 8/11/2014. Haven't receive the hard copy mail yet because I don't live in my old address anymore. USPS is re-routing all mail destined to my old address to my new address, so it took a lot more time for my mails to route from east coast (where i lived) to Cali. Just requested an address update on USCIS last week, currently crossing my fingers hoping that won't mess anything up. :crying::crying:
