Has anyone received this:

On August 18, 2014, the Executive Office of Immigration Review returned this case. If your case was remanded or your appeal was sustained, we will notify you of our action within 60 days of the date of the EOIR decision.

I'm so confused now, and afraid we are denied. What does it mean?

I got this as well if anyone has any information regarding this. I called today and was told this wasnt a denial that it is still under review. I had just been transferred to CSC a week ago and got that message last night.

It may be that you have to just send some additional information. I would worry until you receive a hard copy stating what the next step for you is... Or it could just be inaccurate . I receives inaccurate information via text/ email last week... It's probably nothing to be concerned about

Ok I got the letter and my case got transfer to California center from Texas. I filed back on April 22... Any ideas by when should we expect news?? Anyone else in the same boat? Please help :clock: :clock:

What does this mean? It doesn't tell me which office? Has anyone else got this e-mail? I was initially transferred on 8/11 but have not received any hard copies of anything since then...

I just received a notice that my file had been updated. When I checked it now say

"The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

It use to say it had been transferred to a local office which I received my hard copy stating it had been transferred to California. I think this may mean that they have now received my physical file...what do you guys think?

Hey there! ?

On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Ever since this update I've heard neither received nothing ?

It's interesting to follow the things happening at the different service centers. Three of the May filers at TSC myself included, who were not transferred to California, received our ARN numbers today, much later than everyone else. I suppose the three of us were all on the same desk at TSC, which goes to show that the theories about different staff working on applications using their own methodology is probably accurate.

Good luck everyone!
