Congrats to all who have got your transfers I will be unfollowing this thread been a week and no transfer for us. Taking a break from all its become to consuming on my life good luck for all on your journeys

Take care Wendy.. Good luck on your journey!

Don't fret though, the good thing is that with a majority of April and May filers taken out of TSC, the approvals on the remaining applications may move faster.

Since TSC approvals on the timelines have shown they are working on early March, that means it won't be long. Don't forget - those transferred won't have an immediate approval, it does take time for the transfer (a few weeks), then adjudication (again a few weeks, maybe months..

Keep your head up, your journey will be at the next step soon!

M bit suprised is it only me who got change in status... Its says transferred and now veing processed. Does it mean its already processed and waiting for decision to be taken. Here is my current case status

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

That is just the status it changes to once your case has been received by the service center it was sent to. Your case is now at the CSC.

Nope not the only ones, this is exactly what ours has said since August 8th. I don't think it means anything special, just that it was transferred.

My NOA1 was April 2nd. I was transferred from Texas to Vermont on August 8th.

You were really transferred to VSC? If so, I believe that's a 1st with this wave of transfers.

Still no hard copy telling me where I have been transferred and I live in Texas. I saw an earlier post of someone claiming they got sent to Vermont. Wouldn't that be weird since they no longer process K-1 in Vermont?

A journey of 2855KM begins with a single step.

It certainly would be weird. And yet another interesting thing for the OP, texasav8r.

Hardcopy says we are being transferred to CSC on August 11. My fiance says that it is stated that we should receive response 15 days after our case is assigned to officer at CSC??? Did anyone receive that?

My notification said I was transferred to my local office... So I assumed that meant Charlotte seing as how I live in NC. But my hard copy said I was transferred to California. So I called the USCIS and the lady told me I needed to schedule an appointment with Charlotte to see if my Petition was there. I asked to be transferred and I spoke with a immigration officer who assured me that it was in California. He told me that it would only speed up the process and I should expect to hear something within a month (: I'm not banking on that but I sure hope he was right!!!
