Hello friends!

Our case has also been transferred to a local service centre.

We are April 1st filers.

Our lawyer told us that in a couple of weeks we will receive a mail that will tell us the further steps, and which documents to be presented.

Hope to hear good news for all of us soon!

When were you notified? Many folks are still wondering if they will be transferred so I was wondering if the date is different than the 2 so far (8/8 and 8/11) Thanks.

Hi everyone

So nice to find this forum, I see I am not the only one worrying about K1

We got NAO 1 on April 8 2014

(in meantime my fiancee changed address once).

August 11 2014 I got the notice :we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing.

We thought it was going to be long time before i can do the medocal exam and then interview so im going to visit my fiancee in september.. Now ill see if i m able to finish everything before ;) but i dont think so

I red that once you have the NAO 2 , it goes to my (the alien) US consular in Belgium then they send me a package and then you can make the appointment for medical (that will probably not be the first week..) , so i think at the end i still can go visit my boyfriend :)

wishing all the best for everyone

I hope so too So what about Mesquite, TX?

From how I read the letter I received in the mail, it was sent from TSC to the CSC which gave the Mesquite address at the bottom. Thinks things may be moving along quite swiftly now.

I received this letter in less than a full week! I was expecting maybe a couple of weeks but less than a week. Just wow!
