did you send email to NVC? And make service request in USCIS? We are the same boat. I got appr on oct/15. Near a month. And today the one from NVC request me send email to them....

Ah, you're part of the illustrious group! There are a few of us that were approved over a month ago and NVC still has not received our cases. You should send a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov saying it's been over 30 days. Also put in a service request with USCIS. Just my advice.

so update on our case, seems like it just got in and out of NVC called and got our CASE NUMBER........and on CEAC website it our status is "IN TRANSIT"

I feel sad because today 20 days after having sent my RFE and still does not get my approval

what was your RFE??? hope it wasn't something that will take them time to look into it.......if its something simple that ypu should be getting your approval soon.

Last week one kind agent at NVC told me to email a copy of my approval notice - which I did. I also put in a case number with USCIS last week. I have been calling every other day and it still hasn't arrived. Some agents at NVC are rude. I couldn't get through yesterday even though I tried. It is frustrating. I've done everything I could, but there are still unnecessary delays that might ruin my xmas wedding. We'll see - I hope it arrives this week.

Transfer Request Question ??????????

Now, my question is, since TSC has huge backlog and it's taking longer to process approvals/denials. Can somebody request a transfer to CSC or any other Center? How does it work? Can you request even if you don't know the decision? Not sure they would deny me but I haven't gone throw process before. CSC seems to be processing cases faster than TSC and would like to know whether it's possible to transfer.

In my experience, USCIS take a decision and action about transfers between centers at will. As far I know the backlog in some service centers always its an issue that dont get fixed so easy.
