Sigh, still nothing. My baby is sitting there in her apartment, with another bone chilling winter coming and no heat. Breathing in the poisonous air everyday. I will buy her a plan ticket to come here the the minute she gets the visa. She is a tough girl and never complains, but watching her hand getting red in the winter on the web cam and her catching a cold from the smoke from China's horrendous air breaks my heart. USCIS please let my baby come here to be healthy and have a long happy life with me! :cry:

Approved!!!!!!!!!! Thank heavens!!!!!! I hope everyone else gets their approval tonight !!

Quick update: NOa2 September 24, NVC received October 15, Case number assigned October 21.

With our lawyer's assistants, USCIS received our RFE response on the 22nd of September. On the RFE they just requested us refill and sent G 325 form the form on American Standard paper. On the 23rd of October they sent us an email informing us that they rejected our case. When we called they said they sent a response in the mail we must wait for it. We suspect our lawyer made a mistake on the RFE response and there is a discrepancy between first G325 form and the second G325 form in response to RFE. Has anybody on this forum has an experience similar to ours? They say our case is closed. In your
opinion what would be our best course of action at this point? We still don't know official decision why they deny our case. So any help from the forum greatly appreciated. Thank you, Eddie and Ozzy.
