I've tried about 8 times to call NVC: (603) 334-0700. I've also emailed them. I keep getting a busy signal - thing even picks up. Am I doing something wrong? I want my case number...

I continue to get a busy signal as well. I'm wondering the same thing. I've tried calling multiple times, at different times of the day.

Have you tried calling at 7-7:30 AM EST? Or 11-11:30 PM EST? I sometimes get a busy signal at those times, but only once or twice before I get through. Rest of the day? Yeah, forget it (in my experience at least).

Ok so bunch of us got approved, and we have not gotten a case number?? Just to get an idea of our timings.. Please can everyone say when they got approved, and any NVC info, like that we can all get an iea of any movement by them, just like we did with our approval

My info is in my signature. Approved September 10th, has been sitting in limbo since then. No record of it yet at NVC. I've sent them a request to contact USCIS on my behalf.

My fiancé called them on September 26th and he received the letter on September 29th.

Do you and your Fiance get a letter??? In Chile will you receive one?

Just the petitioner gets the letter.
