3 weeks since my NOA2 now, still hasn't reached NVC. Average time on hold with them (3 calls so far) is 45 minutes.

Hi...I received my NOA2 on September 16th. Called USCIS yesterday and requested to speak with a Tier2 Representative who looked up my case. She informed me that our package had been mailed out to NVC on September 25th so maybe your package was in the same batch. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for providing this info. Nice to know CSC is just super slow sometimes in getting this stuff out. I thought my anxiety and frustration would go away after NOA2 but USCIS was kind enough to extend it a bit more...

Lol...yes I thought the same. But hopefully soon this will be a distant memory as we enjoy our new life with our finance. Good luck and don't worry it will all be worth it.

I recieved notice of my RFE on wed 8/20/14 and have not received it in the mail yet. did it take anyone else this long to receive there RFE?

Today call uscis office and was told that was to receive the printed notice my RFE ... On September 29, in 15 days I received mail from my RFE but still I do not get the letter. I recommend you call before you are 60 days of the notice to your case does not fall. LUCK !!!

I received mine in the mail on the 3rd day.

I live in Louisiana and your letter is going to Florida so you should have it soon I think, just a couple of states from me. I think you will have it tomorrow. If not, you get another chance on Saturday.

I received my RFE in the mail today! thank God it was just a minor mistake i did not sign page 5 section 3 question 2 an 3. they sent me a form to answer that question an sign the form . it did not ask for evidence of criminal record unless i had one. I do not have a criminal record so do i just check no and sign? do you guys think that will be enough I dont want anything to hinder us any further.

I don't have any updates, but I'd just like to say you all have been awesome on this thread. Everyone has been positive and supportive towards everyone else. A great collaborative effort. Best of luck to everyone as we plow through this stuff!!

FINALLY got my NOA2 approval e-mail last night. Nalia and I are delighted!!! Thank you soooo much to everyone for your support and advice. (L)
