I posted on Monday that I received the text and email about my K1 petition being transferred. I got the notice in the mail today that it was in fact going to California service center. My NOA1 date is April 8. I hope to get an acceptance within a month. Sigh..... we are all in the same boat on the same journey. God bless

As all of you.... I received my hardcopy notice today... case sent from TSC to CSC on Aug 11th . . . NOA 1 date April 16th

Hopefully you all will receive a speedy approval from CSC. Please update your timeline to indicate the transfer. Thanks and good luck!! :)

Just curious if all of the transfers to CSC would screw up CSC timelines/statistics?

01/14/14 I -129F Petition sent
01/17/14 Petition received
01/22/14 NOA1 - TSC
06/23/14 Service Request created after congressional inquiry
07/03/14 Email from USCIS - our case is on processing hold due to pending security checks
08/04/14 No update from USCIS. Filed a case with CIS Ombudsman
08/05/14 Senators/Congresswoman cannot help with my case because security checks are pending
08/05/14 Another Service Request created by Tier 2 since no response from TSC.
08/18/14 Email from USCIS in response to second service request - still on processing hold due to pending security checks
08/21/14 NOA2 (finally after 7 months)

08/25/14 Email from USCIS - approved case shipped to NVC on 8/22/14

09/02/14 Case received by NVC

04/23/2014- Mailed I-129F petition

04/24/2014- Arrived at Dallas lockbox

04/29/2014- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1: routed to Texas Service Center

05/01/2014- Received NOA1 hardcopy, Alien Registration # changed

08/08/2014- Text & email saying we were transferred to another center (from TSC to CSC)

09/22/2014- Received electronic NOA2 dated 9/19/2014

12/16/2014- Medical Exam

12/17/2014- Interview: APPROVED

01/17/2015- POE-Houston

03/07/2015- Got married!

03/26/2015- Mailed off Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document & Advanced Parole

04/06/2015- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1 for all three

04/13/2015- Received NOA1 hardcopies for all three dated 4/3/2015
04/18/2015- Received NOA for biometrics appointment dated 4/10/2015

No. Transfers are still monitored and tracked by the original Service Center entered. Only TSC stats will be affected.

However, CSC filers will see their estimated adjudication timelines increase over time as the length of approvals increases. It won't have anything to do with the approval dates from the transfers though.

Updated!!! Funny how now my timeline says my case should be adjudicated JUNE 2014 now.... that it lists CSC... when TSC listed OCTOBER 2014 ???

:oops: That's because you changed your SC to CSC. You need to leave that as TSC and say YES to transferred below it and enter the date of your transfer notice. When you changed your center it recalculated as if you were there all along :).

I received the notice that my case had been transferred to my local office on Aug. 11th. Then in the mail today my I received notification that it had been transferred to the California Service center. I filed May 6th. Our petition was originally in Texas. I called today and was able to speak to an immigration officer who assured me that it was in California. The Texas processing center is overloaded with work. So I assume this is a good thing! He said I would more than likely hear something in the next month! So fingers crossed!!!
