Thanks Meghan. I wouldn't call it impatient. You & pretty much everybody have been patiently waiting for quite some time for some news & then the news that so many of you have gotten over the past few days is news no one expected after waiting for months, (4 in some case) transfer to CSC. This will honestly raise more questions than it will answer initially.

Edit: & before all is said & done, I suspect there will be a nasty war with words between people initially routed to CSC & those recently transferred as CSC people have grown accustomed to 2-6 week processing times, which will undoubtedly increase & appear to already have been in the past month.

I completely agree about the predicted upset that will come when we're pushed ahead of the newer filers at CSC. I think I'll have to distance myself from looking at any of those threads. They really just have no idea what it feels like to be sent to a center that is so backlogged that you're told it will take SEVEN months to receive your petition approval. I would never wish for anyone to have to wait longer on purpose, but I honestly think these transfers are 100% fair and just. Not just because I was transferred. But because it evens it out. TSC has even started speeding up. Transfers will help that even more. I just think there should be an even playing field and we're getting closer to that. But all they'll see is they went from 1 or 2 months to closer to 5. Which is like what it felt like for the 5 months to 7 months increase for us lol

If they're processing by date as claimed, why are people who's noa1 was after mine are getting their approvals faster? It's so unfair!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely thrilled for people, just feels like it's never going to happen.

Depends on whose desk it was sitting on. Remember there are several adjudicators and they spread the files out based on when they arrive so as not to overload one or another. This is also why we see transfers spread out.

Ours is coming....:)

I just got the letter in the mail. We are transferred to California. AndI just thought of somethingCalifornia states 5 months as their processing times for I-129F. Sooooothey definitely couldn't mix us in with the incoming files as the other person stated on the last page. And if they did, we can all call our senators and whatnot to get things sorted out if we go past processing times. Am I right? I thinkmaybe. I hope we get approved soon! (and all march and february tsc filers as well)

Also, is the A# on this paper his alien registration number?

Hi I just received my Tranfer Notice - Transferred to the California Office.

Also I just spoke with a representative at the uscis office - yes the A# is the Alien Registration#
