i been hearing a lot of great things about TSC. Seems like they have finally turned the corner. Now I bet people are finally happy with having TSC

Yes. I had good experience with TSC back in August last year when my husband filed I-129F for me. It was very quick.

We're a recently filed couple, so no transfer notice for us. However, very glad to see the line at TSC getting a bit shorter ahead of us. Sounds like good news all around.

I got a notice too. I know what I would have done if I was the head of this whole visa processing. I would walked into the TCS office and called all employees into a meeting and point put to these TSC workers and mangement the piles of unprocessed petitions stacked every where and leaning to the left, well you guys have one week to get them processed or don't be here next week. Good By and I will be back.

It appears TSC just transfered mainly everyone from May 2014 forward to CSC, so those who got their NOA 1 before that should now be expecting an approval, I am starting to see March approvals popping up on Igor's list, they are finishing February up.

Seems like this see-saw effect between TSC and CSC is not a new thing, one center gets overloaded, then transfers to the least loaded, and so on... many of us just happened to hit the overloaded center this time around. Whoever applies a few months from now and is sent to TSC, will probably get much faster processing times, and CSC will start slowing down, and back to the transfer games once CSC reaches like 11,000 pending apps or whatever # sets off their transfer actions. Just my opinion.

It's impossible for the Visa Processing Centers to predict which one will get overloaded and when (love is unpredictable), since the petitions vary and are not always the same volume from same places in the country, this is why one or the other center is more loaded at times.

I posted this in the Feb TSC forum; Our congressman's office forwarded an email from one of the Congressional Liaisons at TSC stating that our petition was assigned to an officer and that a decision or some type of action will be made this weekend - We haven't heard anything yet but our Congressman's office is following up this week if we haven't received a notice by tomorrow.
