OK Pickle, thanks.

I wasn't sure who schedules the interviews because in another thread a person reported their

interview had been cancelled and rescheduled twice.

It was reported that the local office said that the 'district office' kept overloading the 'local office' with interviews, which the local office then kept cancelling.

That makes sense. That is information I've read before--that it is scheduled by the local office--but what you said definitely makes sense. Either way, it is scheduled on the availability of appointments with the local office. In the end, all that everyone want is an appointment, no matter who or what scheduled it! :)

Naturalization:

12/13/18: File online application

12/15/18: Receive notification for biometrics appointment (no date)

12/31/18: Biometrics

02/25/19: Receive interview letter (April 8 )

04/08/19: Interview, approved!

04/12/19: Oath scheduled for April 26 

04/26/19: Oath Ceremony! 🇺🇸

 

ROC:

04/26/17:  Sent ROC package

04/27/17:  Package received

05/20/17:  Biometrics letter received

06/02/17:  Biometrics

08/22/18:  Card being produced

At this point it seems like our thread is dead, but I just had to share the news that we FINALLY got an interview appointment for April 16!! That will be exactly 8 months to the day that I submitted all the paperwork.

Finally Pickle that's some good news right there. You started this thread and it seems like they just totally forgot about your case. Good luck and all the best! Hope your interview is smooth as silk and you get to leave that office in a heart beat. It might just well be your reward for your patience all this time. All the best!

Adjustment of Status From F-1 Visa.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

Removal of Conditions: 

12/14/2016: Mailed I-751.

12/19/2016: NOA issued.

01/26/2017: Biometrics.

05/03/2018: I-751 transfered to NBC.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 Interview.

05/14/2019: I-751 APPROVED.

Naturalization:

12/02/2017: Mailed N 400 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox. (I-751 still pending)

12/05/2017: Package delivered in Phoenix, AZ. Transferred to Harrisonburg Processing Center.

12/07/2017: Notice of action issued. (IOE)

12/26/2017: Biometrics.

01/23/2019: Interview Scheduled for 2/27/2019.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 interview. N-400 recommended for approval.

05/16/2019: N-400 APPROVED! Placed in line for oath ceremony.

05/17/2019: Oath ceremony notice mailed.

06/12/2019: Swearing in Ceremony! Finally a U.S. citizen!

Sure feels like a long time ago and I did start to feel like my case was forgotten! I'm excited to get this over with :)

On the way home, Uscis updated for I-485 and I-130 :D

"Welcome Notice Was Mailed
On March 19, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number MSC1. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by May 18, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

"Case Was Approved
On March 19, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number MSC1. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Then the cases status remains the same since, no CPO or tracking number. :clock:

Thanks, It has been a week since the interview. I heard some people were denied after get approved on spot.
