Actually your EAD gets processed at the service center. I see you are at TSC. It usually is 3 months anyways. You should put in a service request: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days

Unfortunately not here :( I will have to join another group, cause y'all is going to be gone from this thread soon, haha!

I'll be sure to do that as sons as it turns 75 days! :)

Didn't you say though that your 3 months are today? Then you should be able to do the request now, no? Was your RFE for initial or additional evidence? Either way, I hope you get some news on your EAD soon.

Congrats you guys!! Looks like I'm the only one on this thread now that has not had any news. I don't understand. I was looking at other receipt numbers today around mine (about 30 up and down). There were only 5 others that I could find whose I-765's have not been touched since August 18. At least I'm not alone, but I can't believe I'm one of the unlucky ones.

Oh yeah you're right, I messed up my math. I'll get on that! :)

And my RFE was for Initial Evidence. (tax returns)

I think the fact that it was initial evidence might actually put you under 75 days, if I read the instructions correct. It seems like the clock resets, starting again at day 1, once they receive the RFE if it was for initial evidence. However, if I were you I would play dumb and still try to file the service request anyways  Good luck!

I just received my combo EAD/AP card too. No interview info given though :( Does that mean I will be interviewed? Also, I read here on VJ that some people had to wait a couple of weeks for their names to appear on the CBP system for them to get a social security number. Did you have any issues applying for one?

Hey, when you did the service request, were you able to see that service request status in your case status? I just noticed this at the bottom of the page where it says Next Steps: As of November 14, 2014, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number TxxxxxxxxxxMSC, is currently not assigned for processing. I am so so mad!! How can the INQUIRY not be assigned for processing. Not even my case, but the INQUIRY?! It does not make any sense!! :ranting::crying::angry:

NOT cool. We luckily received our EAD quickly, but will likely have to put an inquiry in soon for our interview. I hope I don't get the same response! This process is torture! Stay strong!

Wishing all of your luck on your immigration journeys.

Hey guys, so today i had the interview at 8:45 am, i was so nervous that i barely slept, so we went to the office at 8:30 and the officer called us 15 min later, to be honest a lot of the pfficer had a mean look in their face lol but this one looked nice, so when we get inside the office he made us swear that we was going to tell the truth and started.

It was so easy!! like talking to a new friend, he asked us how me meet and between the conversation he just asked some dates, how many times i came to the country before, how we decided to get married, and my husband told him about his travels to colombia, he didn't had to ask too much because we was telling him our history toguether and my husband was telling jokes all the time making the officer laugh so everything was relaxed, then he asked to give him our passports, our birth certificates, my divorce decree so he can compare with the copies he had with the rest of my file, he never asked me for more evidence of the relationship just check all the forms in front of us and then i handle him the pictures i brought with me, he barely saw it, and check the pictures i send before with the package in august, then he proceded to ask the no questions and at the end he just handle us a letter saying that my case was held for review, but he told us that he would do it at the afternoon and that i already got my green card, that i had to wait 20 days for it and thats all!

I can't believe it we made it! so something that really really help me out was that i send pictures, and all the copies and information super organized when i applied so the guy didnt have to ask for any copies again.

I hope the rest of the guys that still are waiting for a interview date get it soon and good luck to the rest who are close to the interview date!

Thank you, KDMG, I'll try to stay strong and stay sane. It looks like I will have to contact my congressman at some point, I really wish that it would not have come to that. I just feel it is something so simple. An EAD. Just process it in the order you receive it, I promise I'm not illegal (even though these days it looks like that is the easiest route).

Good luck to you too, I hope you get that interview soon!
