Please keep me updated on anything you find out from service request. Im at 148 days.........

I was finally able to do the service request for my I-765! It only took 4 representatives to get to someone that wanted to help me. #1: Wasn't going to even try due to technical difficulties. #2: Said "you will receive your card at 90 days, because it takes 90 days to process. Wait until Monday." Uhm, I don't think so. #3: Got disconnected. #4: Create service request without trying to make stupid suggestions. I'm so grateful for her! She said to wait 15 days, if I have not heard anything I should call back.

I asked one of the representatives to check on my I-485 status since I can't. She was not able to due to the "upgrade."

12/13/18: File online application

12/15/18: Receive notification for biometrics appointment (no date)

12/31/18: Biometrics

02/25/19: Receive interview letter (April 8 )

04/08/19: Interview, approved!

04/12/19: Oath scheduled for April 26

When did you call? We filed June 6th. We received the EAD on August 22nd, but have had no updates since then. We are still stuck in the acceptance phase on the online case update. I've been thinking about calling and requesting a Tier 2 officer. I called USCIS twice about a month ago. The two IOs gave me conflicting info. One said I should be looking at the processing times for my local office (San Antonio). The other said to look at the Nebraska Service Center. I'm just so confused! But I don't want to call unless the system is up and running!

I was finally able to do the service request for my I-765! I was able to do the service request yesterday (11/14). As you can see, responses depending on the person who answers the phone varies greatly! So if one person tells you they have technical difficulties and cannot help you, just try again until you get someone that actually will try. However, I did the service request for my EAD which has been pending for 89 days today and is being processed at the Nebraska Service Center. For your AOS application you have to take your local office's processing times into consideration. The service centers do not process marriage based I-485's. I see San Antonio is processing May 2014 cases, so I hope you hear something soon. It won't hurt calling, so I would say give it a shot!

from the timelines, it seems it takes about 8-10 days to receive the EAD card after you get notified of the production of the card. Ours has been in "card ordered to be produced since Nov. 7th) and hasn't changed since then. They do say if you don't receive it by Dec 7th to contact them. I keep checking the mail daily but I hope I don't have to wait till Dec 7th.

Yea, it seems everything is "wait 30 days." Someone else on the other August filer thread has also been waiting I think since the 7th. You'll get it soon I'm sure!

today i reiceived in the mail a letter saying that my ead was approved, but no card inside. Weird. But my online status didn't change saying it was mailed, so I guess it was not an error, I just received that letter that I've never seen no one comment about

PS.; My case didn't hover thru "Testing and Interview" stage before a set date for the interview, it went straight from RFE received to Interview date set. Is that a good thing?

Actually your EAD gets processed at the service center. I see you are at TSC. It usually is 3 months anyways. You should put in a service request: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days
