Ok, I think mine is at Missouri. Also I read on one of the threads that changing address may delay your response for about a week or two, maybe that's why you have not gotten a response yet.

It is quite possible that yours did not change to another service center and stayed at the National Benefits Center (also known as MSC).

I hope you are right about the address! If that is the only thing delaying me getting updates, I'll go with that :D

yeah me too. That's the only thing i need for the interview. I have all other documents. Only doc i need to translate is my birth certificate.

Lol the clerk office is like five minutes away from the interview office. And both are like 45 minutes from where i live... Hmm

Hi Saamlee,

Do we also need to bring the letter from each current employer ? I didn't submit letter from current employer with my application but the interview letters says

A completed Affidavit(s) of support Form ( I-864 ) with all required evidence , including the following, for each of your sponsor’s ( unless already submitted):

Federal Income Tax returns and W-2’s , or certified IRS printouts, for the most recent tax year;

Letters form each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 months;

Evidence of your sponsor’s and/or co sponsor’s United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status;

hi coco. I don't think thats a requierement unless you have a job offer and the interview is for an EAD. I mean, we are not allowed to work while on tourist visa therefore we couldn't have a current employer. Maybe they refer to the employer of your sponsor. I gotta check again :s

They are referring to the employer of the sponsor. I didn't submit the letter from employer with my application. Do you think we need to bring that too ?

If your income was used (already filled a joint tax return with spouse) you need a letter from your employer. If your income was not used they must be referring to your sponsors income thus a letter from their employer.
