Hi guys! Joining this thread. Here's my timeline:

8/15 - Filed I-485, I-130 & I-765 concurrently

8/18 - NOA received

9/10 - Walk In Biometric @ Santa Ana, CA

9/18 - Case status changed to "Ready for Interview Scheduling"

9/24 - Case status update: Interview scheduled for October 31st!

Our interview is on halloween day!! We should just show up in our interview in our matching halloween costumes! Lol.

It's all happening so fast! Did anyone here get an interview date already? It seems like Santa Ana's on it....

I just got an email for the interview date. It's on October 28. I have to wait a full month again.

Is it very important to update the address? Because when i first filed everything i used my in laws house address. But now i moved out. I go every week to visit them

Hey recneps, welcome here on this board! I was just wondering, your profile info says your local office is New Orleans, LA, but you said you did your biometrics in Dallas? Maybe you can fix that so that people who are at the same local office as you can get accurate information :)

I did do a walk in at dallas because I was in the area. =)

Yeah you should definitely follow up on changing your address, It should be done within 30 days of moving and is actually punishable with jail time and/or a fine for failure to do so.. http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

If only. I am in Oklahoma, and the local office here is waaaay backlogged (yup, in Oklahoma). So I'm not holding my breath, I'll be lucky if I hear something in the next week.

Adjustment of status timeline from F-1 by marriage to USC spouse.

8/14/2014: Sent AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765

8/18/2014: Package received in Chicago acceptance case transferred to Nebraska Service Center

8/21/2014: Received NOA I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail

8/25/2014: Received biometrics letter in mail scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/8/2014: Went in for biometrics.

9/24/2014: Text/email notification for I-765 EAD Card/Document production. ( So surprised though, didn't request any expedition) I-485 still in acceptance and I-130 in initial review.

We have such similar timelines. That is crazy how your EAD is already in card production only after about a month....without expediting! I hope i hear something soon for my EAD too...

was cool that I was able to do it. explained the circumstances that I would not be in Jackson at that time and she said go ahead. :-)

I did not expedite. I actually thought about it that same day but got the email instead. now I am waiting on interview date.
