i just talked to a lady. She said that i have to wait 15-30 days and they'll call me regarding this problem. Agh....

Oh gosh, that is craziness. Sorry you have to wait so long. To be honest I cannot see them actually calling you back. I've never read on here of anyone receiving a call by any USCIS related office or center. I might be wrong though, but that doesn't sound right. Did you tell her exactly what the letter said? Since the letter said you have to update your address, did you ask her if you could confirm your mailing address? I would call again tomorrow if I were you, and hopefully you will get more/different information from a different person.

Nothing in the mail yet about this darn RFE. I did notice something tho on the "My Case Status" page; It says this;

A request for evidence is made when an application/petition is lacking required documentation/evidence (initial evidence) or the officer needs more documentation/evidence (additional evidence) to determine an applicant's eligibility for the benefit sought.

And on my alert/email it says they are requesting "initial evidence". So I'm guessing that means I forgot to send something with my package? Which for he love of god I can't possibly think what it is, it can't be something too major tho, otherwise they would've simply returned my package as incomplete.

Oh well, lets hope I get this letter in the mail tomorrow. :cry:

From the two it could have been, I definitely think "initial evidence" is the better bet. Like you say, you probably just forgot something that was required to be sent, and it will be an easy fix. If it was "additional evidence" you probably had to go dig for something, because that is extra documentation that is up to the discretion of the officer. That is how I understand it anyways. Hope you get it soon, this week I'm sure!

I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but I still have not received my other NOA's for the I-485 nor I-765. I am getting concerned now. Keep in mind I didn't submit form G1145 to get alerts. How long do I have to wait to call them and where do I call?
