I am planning to bring my baby to the Philippines in a few months. I filed a I130 petition for my husband who is in the Philippines & while waiting for NOA2 I plan to visit him with our baby. I am a US Citizen & so is the baby. How long can our baby stay in the Philippines? I have an ACR card so I can stay there long but I dont know about baby. :( And regarding immunizations can I continue the rest in the Philippines and not cause any issues? TIA! :)

If the baby is Filipino, get the kid a Filipino passport. Can stay as long as you want.

Without doing that, just like any other american, 30 days visa free on entry, with extensions to a tourist visa.

If your hubby can meet you out of the country, you could all enter together and get the bb stamp, that makes ya all good for a year.

I am completely blank on this process. I've been searching online but its always a different story. Thanks again!

Did you record the birth at the Philippine consulate that serves the state you live in? That would be the easiest way to handle dual citizenship.
