TSC transfers. Anyone else?

Got notice today after 2 unsuccessful attempts to make a service request with uscis that our case is being transferred. We're not sure where. Is this something hopeful? Or is this indicative of further delays for possible additional security checks like others who have once applied for a k1 visa but cancelled it?

Can anyone shed light on what's going on?

Well since TSC is backlogged, they might be transferring cases to other service centers to reduce their workload. USCIS does it all the time. Call tier 2 agent in 2-3 days after your transfer and they should be able to tell you where your case is transferred to. You will also get a paper notice of it in the mail if you don;t want to call.

turns out our case was transferred to the local office. no one else's case from texas seems transferred. its so strange.

although we have not officially been told its been transferred to reno, we did get notice that its been transferred to the local office.

what should we be expecting????

I hope your case is not at TSC. Takes forever for TSC cases to get approved is what my batch of I-130 faced when our file was at TSC.
