Hi all. I and my wife living in Medellin, Colombia. I am beginning to prepare her I-130 and have a question on question 18 on the form. I plan to return to the states to find an apartment after we receive the NOA1. I've found other posts on the subject but all are two to five years old and I know that things have changed somewhat in the past year with USCIS.

Is it still viable to file the I-130 from here and move later? Or, do I need to go back to the states prior to applying? Any other topic threads that might relate to this topic?
