permit for stay out the usa, affect my petition F2A

hi!
someone can said me what's the problem that my wife solicit permit for stay out the usa by 2 year ?,if We are expecting news of NVC my priority day is 18-feb-14.

She may need to show proof of US domicile after being out of the US for an extended period of time.

Timeline

If she has a 2 year Re-Entry permit, no issues, she won't lose her LPR status.

However, when its time to submit the Affidavit of Support, you will need a joint sponsor who meets the income requirements. She will also have to submit a letter explaining why she didn't file US taxes (if she didn't).

Thank, she filed US taxes last year, but now she quit the job because she feel sad and alone

her decided to come with me

Then you'll need a joint sponsor.

Joint sponsor's income must meet the requirement for his/her own household PLUS you. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf
