RFE at the I485 AOS Interview

I am the USC and my spouse the Beneficiary. We filed concurrently the Form I130 and I1485. During our AOS Interview, all went well, however, we were issued a simple RFE (verification of school attendance records, since my spouse is under F1 Student Visa). Per the instructions on the RFE, we submitted the evidence attention to our IO at the local USCIS office. We submitted the same day of our interview and was delivered the next day. It's been almost 3 weeks. Form I130 was approved after interview.

1. How long does it usually take for the IOs to review the evidence?

2. Should I re-send the evidence?

3. Does my spouse still need to attend school even if in pending status?

Your RFE is kind of local (addressed to your interviewer) so sometime they forget about it and it is sitting somewhere collecting dust in mail room. Please schedule an infopass to refresh their bad memory, and when they find out where your RFE is in their office, they will approve it in matter of hours. Good luck.

Will the system allow me to schedule an infopass before the 60-day rule?
