Hi guys this is a little vague to me we just want to make sure what kind of proof/document we need to bring for proof of eleigibilty for permanent status or change of status??? I appreciatte your help. This is for tomorrow's interview in Denver.

As I understand, proof of eligibility is pretty much the AOS package you submitted to USCIS when you filed. So that + original documents if you submitted copies.

glad you asked that question, I'm only just getting ready for bio appt on Monday, but its never too early to start making a file for the AOS interview. Am writing this stuff down and so whilst I'm still lazing at home will get ready on compiling that stuff!

- USC Birth Certificate: some officer wants to see BC as proof of citizenship, not Passport

- Organize the cards in this order: Wedding, Birthday, Holiday, Family's function, Cards for each other.

- Pictures: Do the same thing

- 401K with wife/husban as beneficiary

Otherwise, the list look REALLY GOOD
