Fairfax VA - daughter's oath ceremony today

Had a great day today, my daughter's oath ceremony was scheduled at a local high school (Oakton) instead of at the usual Prosperity Ave location. Probably 250-400-ish people there to take the oath along with friends and family. They held it in the school auditorium which held everyone comfortably in air conditioned comfort. They told us there were 2 scheduled that day one at 10am and then another at 12:30pm

We were asked to arrive at 8:30 promptly and they quickly split the applicants off from their families and had us find seats in the auditorium while they had about 10 USCIS representatives processing the oath folks (handing in GC's etc..). They actually started about 10 minutes early so we were out by 11 am.

All I can say is we're happy to be done forever with USCIS

06/17/11 - status change - scheduled for interview

06/20?/11 - received physical interview letter

07/13/11 - Interview in Fairfax,VA - easiest 10 minutes of my life
